How much does a session cost?

My standard fee is $175 for a 50–55 minute psychotherapy session.

I am in-network with several insurance plans through platforms listed above. If you plan to use insurance, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your individual plan, including deductible, copay, or coinsurance.

In accordance with federal law, clients paying out-of-pocket will receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before services begin.

Do you offer virtual or in person sessions?

I currently provide online therapy sessions (telehealth) through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.

How long are therapy sessions?

Sessions typically last 50-55 minutes.

Do you offer a consultation call?

Yes. I offer a free 10–15 minute phone consultation to answer questions and help determine whether working together may be a good fit.

How do I get started?

The best way to get started is by contacting me through the website contact form, calling, or sending an email. I will respond to schedule a brief consultation call where we can discuss what you’re looking for and answer any questions. If it feels like a good fit, we can schedule your first session.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and what you would like to work on. Many evidence-based treatments are structured and time-limited, often lasting around 12 sessions.

My approach to therapy is goal-directed and focused on helping you develop the skills needed to make meaningful changes. Rather than meeting without a clear endpoint, we will regularly check in on your progress and work toward completing therapy once your goals have been met.

What kinds of issues do you help with?

I work with adults on a range of concerns, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I specialize in evidence-based, goal-directed therapy, helping clients develop skills and strategies to manage symptoms, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Do you specialize in trauma therapy?

Yes. I have specialized training in trauma-focused therapies, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET). I also have experience using Imagery Rehearsal Therapy (IRT) as part of structured exposure-based care for trauma-related nightmares. My approach is goal-directed and supportive, helping clients process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives.
