from the University of Missouri\u2013Kansas City in 2019, where I focused my research and clinical training on trauma and physical health. After graduation, I completed a year-long postdoctoral fellowship specializing in the treatment of PTSD and trauma-related concerns.\n\n<br><br>Since then, I\u2019ve returned to the Midwest and have continued to support individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, and stress-related issues.\n\nMy approach to therapy is evidence-based, which means I use treatments grounded in research while also honoring your preferences and lived experience. <br><br>I take a collaborative, person-centered approach and am trained in a variety of treatment modalities, so we can find what best fits your needs and goals.\n\nOutside of my work, I love spending time with my children, husband, and extended family. <br><br>You\u2019ll often find me at the beach, exploring hiking trails,
